Online store www.makeapointbag.com assures its customers that according to Art. 55 para. (1) of the Consumer Protection Act, they have the right to cancel or replace goods received by them within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the product ONLY provided that the product is:
- in its original appearance and qualities, with intact original packaging and label, as packaging shall not be deemed to be damaged if its integrity has been violated in a way that only allows separation from the commodity;
- without signs of use (tearing, scratching, breaking or other damage), and no other damage caused by improper use;
- accompanied by the original documents issued by CHAIKA-97 AD (invoice, cash receipt, etc.) received together with the order.
The User undertakes to inform the Provider of his intention to return the product with email to returns@makeapointbag.com and then receive detailed instructions on the free return procedure. If the user fails to comply with the return instructions specified in the email sent to him/ her, he/ she is required to pay at his/ her own expense the transport costs of returning the goods to the supplier’s warehouse.
Reimbursement amounts shall be refunded ONLY via a credit transaction to the card, with which the payment was made, AFTER receipt of the returned product/ item in the Provider’s warehouse, and after confirmation of the requested return. It is not allowed to return money to an account other than the payer’s account!
The amount will be refunded within 14 working days of the date on which the item was returned to the Provider’s warehouse.

- The transport costs of returning, replacing and/ or reclamation of goods at the customer’s request are borne only by him/ her (if the goods are returned from a country outside Europe), as exception is made ONLY in the cases of factory defect.
