Your messages are unique and are produced only upon order, so the delivery might take a bit longer. But your patience will be gratified when you hold your one of a kind flap!
Please be aware: Customized-products are non-refundable purchases, unless there is a factory defect.

We reserve the right to refuse printing messages that are racial, antisemitic, sexist or otherwise insulting and dismissive and/or if they contradict with the basic human rights and moral beliefs.

Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We use standard shipping by DHL, DPD, GLS, Speedy or Rapido. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times differ due to different delivery partners in different countries.

For all European countries (EU and NON-EU), with exception of overseas territories and Bulgaria, standard shipping costs are 13 Euros per order and the estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days.

Shipping to the USA, Canada and the rest of the world is calculated at 40 Euros per order and the estimated delivery time is 5-14 working days.

Shipping within Bulgaria is calculated at 5 Euro per order and is offered at with a 2 working days delivery option.

The shipping costs for return of goods from countries outside Europe have to be borne by the customer.

RETURN INFORMATION

Each item purchased at Make a Point can be returned within 14 days without specification of any reason. Within Europe returns are free of charge. In case of returns please send us an email to returns@makeapointbag.com

The processing time for a return is usually no more than 14 days. We return the amount via the same payment method of the original purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If you receive items that have obviously been damaged in packaging or content, please inform the delivery company immediately and refuse to accept the package. Please write us an email at returns@makeapointbag.com.
All our orders are insured, so rest assured you will not be charged.
